This is interesting

So IBM has their supercomputer doing personality analyses. Gave it a go by running the stuff I've written on this blog through it, got this:

You are a bit compulsive, somewhat critical and skeptical.
You are intermittent: you have a hard time sticking with difficult tasks for a long period of time. You are content: you are content with your level of accomplishment and do not feel the need to set ambitious goals. And you are unconcerned with art: you are less concerned with artistic or creative activities than most people who participated in our surveys.
Your choices are driven by a desire for discovery.
You are relatively unconcerned with tradition: you care more about making your own path than following what others have done. You consider independence to guide a large part of what you do: you like to set your own goals to decide how to best achieve them.

Seems pretty accurate, aside from the stuff about art and creative stuff which I'm actually pretty open to (even if I might not always understand it when it comes to some modern/contemporary stuff).

Edit: That's with informal text from the blog, I tried running some formal stuff I've written through it and got this instead:

You are shrewd, skeptical and tranquil.
You are imaginative: you have a wild imagination. You are philosophical: you are open to and intrigued by new ideas and love to explore them. And you are empathetic: you feel what others feel and are compassionate towards them.
Your choices are driven by a desire for self-expression.
You are relatively unconcerned with tradition: you care more about making your own path than following what others have done. You consider independence to guide a large part of what you do: you like to set your own goals to decide how to best achieve them.

Edit: Tried running through a much larger text sample of 6000 words each of formal and informal writing, got this:

You are shrewd, skeptical and can be perceived as indirect.
You are imaginative: you have a wild imagination. You are empathetic: you feel what others feel and are compassionate towards them. And you are unstructured: you do not make a lot of time for organization in your daily life.
Your choices are driven by a desire for self-expression.
You consider independence to guide a large part of what you do: you like to set your own goals to decide how to best achieve them. You are relatively unconcerned with tradition: you care more about making your own path than following what others have done.

This week's loot (14th March 2015)

Cleared Son of a Witch/Sabbat of the Witch/Whatever you want to call it. It was great, hence me suddenly getting three Yuzu Soft games.

As you might notice from the tags, I'm planning on sticking game companies into the tags from now on. Also planning on going back and adding tags to previous posts. But I can't be bothered to do so yet, maybe later.

Read North 40. I have all of The X-Files on DVD, and love Cthulhu stuff, so hey look, Cthulhu stuff in a contemporary setting, and there's a sheriff on the cover, how do you mess that? Really fucking easily, it turns out. It was fucking garbage. Art was okay but everything else was just incoherent babbling nonsense. I think it might even be worse than Neonomicon which was also garbage but at least had some semblance of a story even if it was hippy new-age gobbledygook. Ugh.

This week's loot (8th March 2015)

Also got the Tsuburaya Pro Tokusatsu Diorama set but it was so fucking huge I didn't even take it out of the cardboard box it was shipped in and stuffed it in the closet, so no photos of that.

I'll probably mess around with the Neo Zeong first. Sometime later though.
