So yeah, photos. Took way too many so I'm sifting through.

Breakfast was a tonkatsu ekiben. It tasted better than I thought it would, but was still overpriced (1000 yen).
Lunch was tempura. Not bad for only around 1800 yen. Stuff in the photo isn't everything that came with the set (Shizuoka-zen) I ordered, had the chef cooking the stuff right in front of me and sticking tempura onto my plate piece by piece.

In Japan again

Remember the last time I was here?

Well I did it again and the computer I'm using REALLY doesn't have a card slot this time.

Fuck.

Also I ended up falling asleep on both the plane and the bus and fell asleep as soon as I reached the hotel and woke up at 1 AM. This is going to do wonders for my sleep cycle. :/

I'll be free tomorrow (well, judging from the time more like today) and Friday, then have stuff to do stuff over the weekend, and will be taking an early flight on Monday because I have shit to do back home on Tuesday. Bah.

Edit: Oh right, also, heard about SRW Z2. HOLY SHIT DAI GUARD FUCK YEAH. How the hell are Getter (Change) and Eureka (movie) going to work, though? Z had Getter G and Eureka TV but they apparently aren't in Z2, so, like, what? They're not units-only because it was stated that the only units-only series are CCA and the Macross F movie.

Ah well, it has Dai Guard and that's enough to make me happy.

By the way...

It's been pretty much confirmed that I'll be staying in Japan indefinitely (at least two years) from the second quarter of 2011 and on. Might be going over a bit earlier to settle accommodations and stuff first, though.

Just saying.

I'm wondering if I should bring my TV and game consoles or buy new ones. My PS3 and 360 are the fat models, after all.

I'm also wondering what immigrations would think if I brought my entire game collection over.

Japan Photos

The Bushiroad blimp above the Big Sight. It was only there on the first day, I believe (I only saw it then, at least)

I overheard someone nearby commenting on how the reflection in the building looked like something out of a Godzilla movie. That guy hit it right on the head, they always have that scene. Godzilla attacks, you see people running away reflected in a building, and then a giant foot comes down nearby and all the windows shatter.

Yeah, not much in the way of photography this trip. I brought my camera over to Comiket with the intention to take photos of the layers, but...

First day: Carrying too much stuff, gave up. Figured I could go on the second or third day.
Second day: Too pissed at âge selling out in my face, left early, figured I could go on the last day.
Third day: Too tired due to not having much sleep for the past three nights. Also carrying too much stuff (doujinshi + some stuff from the corporate booths + my camera is heavy)
